Discovery Workshop

Over two Zoom sessions we’ll talk about the goals, features and styling for your website. We’ll also share our screen and talk through some other website designs in your space to start generating ideas for your website.

The first session is free, the second is £150 +VAT and counts as credit towards your full web project if you go ahead with us.

Initial Scoping

Working with you we’ll start to define the basic requirements of your new website. This includes mapping out all the different primary and sub pages you want. We’ll talk about any features you want and then give you estimates around timeframes and costs.

Project Agreement

Once the details of your projects have been shared, digested and discussed, we’ll put everything that’s been agreed into a Project Agreement document to clarify what we’ll deliver and by when. It’ll also outline any guarantees you require, the go-live date and your experience with us.

Inspiration Workshop

We want you to feel proud of your website and confident it’ll impress the socks off anyone having a look. We’ll create a board of inspiration, filled with high quality design work from your sector and together we’ll document everything you love and hate to make it easy to understand your vision.

Content Planning

Before any design or development work begins we’ll plan out what website content is needed and by when, so that you don’t have to worry about being surprised part way through a project with time-consuming content requests that, if not dealt with urgently, will likely cause delays.

Wireframing

Once we have all the details we’ll start wireframing your new website, like an architect creating a blueprint. It will confirm what’s going on each web page, how it should look and, if it’s ready, what type of content will need to be included.

Design

This is where the magic happens! We’ll now take the wireframes and convert the key pages, starting with the home page, into beautiful and fully designed pieces of artwork. In about 80% of cases our clients sign-off on the first designs we produce.

Development

As soon as the first design is signed off our developers will get to work building out your new website. We’ll give you access to our development environment straight away, so you can check in on progress whenever you like.

Device Optimisation

Now it’s time to make sure that everyone visiting your website has a great experience whether they’re looking at your site on a tiny mobile screen, a giant desktop monitor or anything in between.

Final Review

Once we’ve completed a final internal review to find and fix any bugs or issues, it’s time for you to check out your new website and confirm any final tweaks you want us to make or that you’re ready to go ahead with launch!

Launch!
