Crafting the Brand

The Hove & Brighton Osteopathy needed a new face and Aimée, the owner, wanted to see it stand out against competitors in the area. Our challenge was to create a brand that felt friendly and approachable but also highly trustworthy and modern. We got to work creating a brand new logo which was clean and modern and aligned with the brand values. We were pleased with the results and so was our client! 

The brand, we felt, needed to be simple and contemporary but not boring. Making sure to avoid similar styles to our researched competitors, we opted for clean white backgrounds to align with the care elements of the business, paired with high quality photography and a pop of bright blue to make the brand stand out. 

Designing & Developing the Website

We then designed and developed a brand new website, which was both user friendly and modern. Our aim was to create an online hub which showcased the breadth of services Aimee offers, and that could be easily navigated by her potential customers.

We created a visually pleasing design with a bright blue theme to stay in line with the branding we had previously crafted. This was paired with easy-to-use navigation so visitors could find what they needed quickly. Furthermore, as customer testimonials are important for building trust and credibility, we also used these throughout the site to help build trust. All this came together to form an aesthetically pleasing yet highly functional website that met all of our client’s needs!

Marketing Automation

We then proceeded to manage marketing automation and email campaigns for Aimee. We connected the website to MailChimp, a powerful automated email service provider, so that Aimée could reach out to potential customers in an efficient manner. We created different lists for different types of users, such as those who requested e-books or offers via the website landing pages. This allowed us to tailor our reach out specifically according to user needs and interests.

To help ensure engagement with her emails, we also provided advice on content creation and design following each campaign rollout. By ensuring our messages were both engaging and useful, we have been able to maintain high open rates consistently over time. All this ensures that Aimee is always at the forefront of her customers’ minds when they are considering an Osteopath!  Our ongoing relationship with Aimée has allowed us to refine our approach and perfect her marketing efforts. The results have been impressive, resulting in increased website visits and enquiries.
